Distribution and habitats[]
The most known habitat of the water-nymphs is in the water of the Wayless Wood.
Behaviour and ecology[]

Water-nymphs like to drag people to the bottom of the water with them so that they can never leave, therefore even though they are very beautiful, people tend to stay away from them.
Relationship with humans[]
The slime the water-nymphs produce is the only thing that can protect one from attacks of fire-elves.[1]
