Sootbird was a member of the Motley Folk and a relatively untalented fire-eater.
Biography[]
Sootbird secretly worked for the Adderhead and helped gather the children to take from their parents in return for the Bluejay.[1]
Using unconventional ways to conjure fire, it was noted that Sootbird's fire was green, though he still lost to Farid when they fought for different sides, and consequently was trampled on by the giant written by Fenoglio and read out by Meggie Folchart.[2]
