Hello Inkworld fans!
Do you know the app and website Amino? There you can join so-called Aminos, which are basically communities with the same interests as you!
Now why am I telling you this? Because there is also a Inkworld amino! At the moment, there are very few people (but they are all very nice), so am always glad to see new members. In this amino, we write blogs about the Inkworld, chat with each other share our favourite quotes, make polls, have challenges and we even try to continue the story with role play. However, at the moment everything is still developing and I am always open to suggestions.
So, if you like the Inkworld (which you probably do, because you are on this website), why don't you give it a try and sigh up to Amino and …Read more >
Hey there! I'm Artsygirl, and I read Inkheart years ago when I was around 8 years old. I also read part of the second book but never completed it. Recently I started thinking about it again and I plan on finishing it!
I just wanted to say hello and I'm glad to be a part of this little fandom again.Read more >
HEY there Inkworld trilogy fans!
We created a menu for you, inspired by the book series, so invite a few of your fellow Inkheart fans over and cook up these recipes! A special thanks to Xxsammmsammmxx for coming up with the recipes for the menu.
Start your meal off with this hearty Fattoush Salad, in honor of Farid who came from Tales From the Thousand and One Nights.
Grill up these "silver" tongues in honor of the Silvertongues, the people who are gifted with the power to read people and items in and out of books!
You can't have an Inkheart dinner party without some ink pasta! This recipe is for the Inkheart trilogy, but also specifically for Capricorn, because according to Fenoglio, the title of the fictional Inkheart was named after Cap…

Around a month ago, we basically got the confirmation that we will eventually be getting those three "although published, not published in English" short stories in audio format (and in English!). It looks like that isn't all we will be getting, but along with some brand new stories as well! There's not much details to share, but here's what Cornelia wrote:
P.S.: If you are the person that is part of this conversation,
and would like to have your twitter handle, profile image, and name shown,
let me know and I can do that as well!
So that's it, folks!
Although not knowing just how many stories, or the length of them, or WHEN to expect them to come out, it's still something to look forward to!! Meanwhile, 3 is THE number! Let's have three little …

Almost two weeks ago, I was able to luckily get the information us Inkworld fans are just weeping with joy to hear (not sure what I'm talking about? Be sure to read The 3 Inkworld short stories will be released in English soon!); earlier this morning, Cornelia once again teases about the short stories, this time confirming they are most definitely going to be published in audio format, and even treats us with an image!

Meanwhile as we wait for finally hearing them, vote for which story you are most excited about!
. Cover illustration by Carol Lawson and Chris McEwan.]] Around exactly a year ago, I happened to be fortunate enough to come across the news (at that time indeed considered as "news") via the wonderful interview - "Beyond the mirror" (Be sure to read it! Really gives you some extra information), I was thrilled to learn that there's more written works about the Inkheart Trilogy, even though they are just short stories. Then days turned into weeks, and I started to think perhaps the English fan base just wasn't big enough, that those short stories wouldn't be published in English after all, and gradually forgot about the whole thing.
And here I am, almost a year later, currently in charge of the Inkheart Wiki, I figured, why not just ask Corne…Read more >
Inkheart the book and Inkheart the film are based on the same story, but still have a few differences. Spoilers are present below, proceed at your own risk
- Mortimer's place/home is not shown in the film.
- Elinor's books get burnt earlier in the film.
- In the book, Meggie and Elinor went to find Mo when Mo didn't return. They did it with the help of Dustfinger because Dustfinger was suppose to bring Meggie to Capricorn when Mo refuses to read Inkheart. Meggie and Elinor was betrayed by Dustfinger.
- In the book, Dustfinger suspects Resa she is Meggie's mom, because of a resemblance, not because he is told.
- In the film, the author of Inkheart did not have his grandchildren with him, as he does in the book. In addition, the movie shows him having copie…
